Target Audience: SROs and D.A.R.E. Officers, School Administrators, School Counselors and Psychologists, School Based Policing Supervisors, School Safety Supervisors, Juvenile Probation Officers, and Detectives.

Conference Registration Packages
OSROA offers a package registration fee that includes two overnight stays (if selected), meals/breaks, conference materials, OSROA membership dues, and up to four Kalahari Waterpark passes per overnight room. Registrants not staying overnight: there are a limited number of water park passes available. These passes will be issued on a first-come basis each morning until 9:00 a.m. Limit of four passes per registrant.
No Lodging/Meals Only: $510 – Includes items listed below but does not include overnight stays
Single Lodging Registration *: $830 – Includes overnight room on Monday and Tuesday, meals/breaks
Double Lodging Registration**:$710 – **Two Registrants, staying in same room $710 each. Includes overnight room on Monday and Tuesday, meals/breaks. You must register at the same time using two separate registration forms and list roommate.
All three registrations include:
- Monday/Tuesday dinner
- Tuesday/Wednesday breakfast/lunch/breaks
- Conference materials/door prizes
- 2026-2027 OSROA Membership

Family/guest(s) not attending the conference can stay in your overnight room with Single Registration Only. They must pay for and eat their meals on their own. Please note: If you indicate on the registration form that you are bringing family/guest OSROA will make note on the rooming list given to Kalahari. Kalahari is normally able to accommodate these requests but there is NO GUARANTEE for receiving a certain type of overnight room. Please Note: Overnight rooms will not normally be ready until at least 4:00 p.m. on Monday July 6, 2026. Please plan accordingly.
Important Registration Information:
Single and Double Registration packages will be accepted until June 5, 2026, or until the room block is full. June 5, 2026, is OSROA’s contracted cutoff date with Kalahari for overnight rooms.
No Lodging/Meals-Only Registrations will be accepted after June 19, 2026.
No registrations are accepted after June 19, 2026. Meal counts and details are finalized between OSROA and Kalahari on June 19 and cannot be changed.
Overnight rooms may not be ready until at least 4:00 p.m. Please plan accordingly.
Please contact the OSROA office with questions or changes Kalahari Registration cannot make changes to you reservation.
Cancellations must be received no later than June 19, 2026. OSROA is financially committed to Kalahari for all rooms on this date and no refunds will be issued.
If you have not received a registration email after seven business days, please call our office at 614-718-3210. You are not registered until you receive a registration received email AND invoice from the OSROA office.

DARE Ohio 2026 Awards Dinner
Monday, July 6, 2026, from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Please join us for the 2026 Awards Reception to recognize you and your fellow DARE Officers for your years of service to your community. DARE Ohio is taking this opportunity to honor DARE Officers who are actively instructing the DARE curriculum.
Longevity Awards will be based on years of actively instructing the DARE curriculum in the classroom. Awards will be given for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 years. You must register and be present to receive an award.
Also being presented: DARE Officer of the Year Award; Sheriff James Karnes Law Enforcement Executive Award; Educator of the Year Award and recognitions to law enforcement agencies with DARE programs of 25 years.
There is a $10 fee for this reception.
