Conference Registration Packages
OSROA offers a package registration fee that includes two overnight stays (if selected), meals/breaks, conference materials, OSROA membership dues, and up to four Kalahari Waterpark passes per overnight room. Registrants not staying overnight: there are a limited number of water park passes available both Thursday and Friday. These passes will be issued on a first-come basis each morning until 9:00 a.m. Limit of four passes per registrant.

$640 – **Two Registrants, staying in same room @ $640 each. Includes overnight room on Monday and Tuesday. You must register at the same time using two separate registration forms and list roommate.

Family/guest(s) not attending the conference can stay in your overnight room with Single Registration Only. They must pay for and eat their meals on their own. Please note: If you indicate on the registration form that you are bringing family/guest OSROA will make note on the rooming list given to Kalahari. Kalahari is normally able to accommodate these requests but there is NO GUARANTEE for receiving a certain type of overnight room. Please Note: Overnight rooms will not normally be ready until at least 4:00 p.m. on Monday July 7, 2025. Please plan accordingly.
Important Registration Information:
Single and Double Registration packages will be accepted until June 6, 2025, or until the room block is full. June 6, 2025, is OSROA’s contracted cutoff date with Kalahari for overnight rooms.
No Lodging/Meals-Only Registrations will be accepted until June 20, 2025.
No registrations accepted after June 20, 2025. Meal counts and details are finalized between OSROA and Kalahari on June 20 and cannot be changed.
Overnight rooms may not be ready until at least 4:00 p.m. Please plan accordingly.

Cancellations must be received no later than June 20, 2025. OSROA is financially committed to Kalahari for all rooms on this date and no refunds will be issued.
If you have not received a confirmation letter after seven business days, please call our office at 614-718-3210. You are not registered until you receive confirmation AND invoice from the OSROA office.
DARE Ohio 2025 Awards Dinner
Monday, July 7, 2025, from 5:15 pm – 6:30 pm
Please join us for the 2025 Awards Dinner to recognize you and your fellow DARE Officers for your years of service to your community. DARE Ohio is taking this opportunity to honor DARE Officers who are actively instructing the DARE curriculum. This year we will be combining the DARE presentations with the Ohio School Resource Officers Association’s awards.
Longevity Awards will be based on years of actively instructing the DARE curriculum in the classroom. Awards will be presented for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 years. If you are eligible to receive an award, you must complete a separate registration and be present to receive your award. The registration form will be emailed to DARE Officers.
Also being presented: DARE Officer of the Year Award; Sheriff James Karnes Law Enforcement Executive Award; Educator of the Year Award; and recognitions to law enforcement agencies with DARE programs of 25 years. Nomination information will be available soon.
There will be no additional fee for you to attend the awards dinner or to receive an award if you are a full Conference registrant/attendee, however, to receive an award, you must complete the separate registration form. There is a fee of $45 per person for officers not registered for the Conference and for any guests as the ceremony will include dinner.
